How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
It all depends on the type of material the carpet is made of, the amount of soil that needs to be removed & airflow in your home. For example, natural fibers such as wool take longer to dry completely, while many synthetic fibers dry extremely quickly. We always recommend anywhere from 4-7 hours.
Do I need to move furniture out of the room?
Please remove as many items and furniture as possible from the carpet or upholstery to be cleaned. Sometimes, we try to move anything with reasonable weight that is safe to be moved around the room. However, your cooperation helps us do a better job for you.
How long would a carpet or fabric cleaning process take?
Cleaning time depends on several factors: the degree of surface contamination, the size of the surface, the type of fabric and the type of stains on the carpet or upholstery. However, we always try to estimate the duration of the service after analyzing what depends on what needs to be cleaned.
Are the cleaning agents we use safe?
All detergents used to clean carpets, rugs and upholstery are safe. These are preparations from global manufacturers that have been previously approved by the law.
Will all the stains come out?
Unfortunately, not. We treat all spotted areas with the most professional cleaning of techniques and agents available today and are successful more than 95% of the time. However, in some cases the stains could be permanent. We always discuss this with the customer during pre-inspection.
How often should I get my carpets professional cleaned?
It is recommended to clean carpets at least once a year. The carpets are made of materials similar to our clothes and is also not stain resistant. In addition, most of the vacuum cleaners we use in our homes are not able to clean carpets as thoroughly as professional equipment.
